What happens after I submit a request?

Is there a minimum or maximum budget?
The minimum acquisition value we work with is $5,000. There is no maximum. Your budget helps us assess feasibility and approach; we can discuss ranges confidentially.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Your identity and the details of your request are kept confidential. For stealth acquisition, the domain seller does not need to know who the buyer is - we negotiate on your behalf.
Do I pay anything upfront?
No. We work on a success-only basis. There are no upfront fees, retainers, or monthly charges. Our commission is due only when an acquisition is successfully completed through Escrow.com: 10% for acquisitions up to $25,000; $2,500 + 7.5% above $25,000. Minimum acquisition: $5,000.
How is the transaction completed?
All transactions are completed securely through Escrow.com. Funds and domain transfer are protected; you receive the domain only after payment clears. We guide you through the process.
Can I submit for more than one domain?
You can submit one domain per request. If you have multiple domains in mind, submit a request for your top priority first, or contact us to discuss multiple acquisitions.
What if the domain owner is not interested in selling?
We research the owner and approach them professionally. Not every domain will be available, but many owners are open to the right offer. We will keep you informed and only proceed if there is a realistic path to a deal.
How long does the process take?
It varies. Initial response is typically within a few business days. Research and outreach may take a few weeks. Negotiation and closing can take weeks to months depending on the owner and complexity. We will set expectations based on your domain.
